The concept design was approached in a holistic manner, taking in consideration from day one not only architectural factors but also interior design and decoration features.

This process resulted in coherent and elegant solutions with a unique DNA throughout the spaces. The design concept, is rooted in the original architecture of the building. We wanted to pay homage to the existing features and rather than redesigning everything completely, the approach led to subtle and sophisticated additions and adaptations. The two floors were connected seamlessly by a dramatic floating staircase, creating spectacular double height ceilings throughout the front half of the apartment.

Space and light, maximum comfort, bespoke custom made solutions with sustainable design, were all part of the design process.
